In late 2010 I undertook a self imposed excercise to produce one photograph each day. In order to make the project as easy as possible I didn't set any criteria regarding quality, type of image or camera used, just to get an image at sometime during the day. Never the less on a few occasions I entirely forgot and found myself scrabbling for a subject at 11.30pm. Luckily I succeeded within my own terms and did not miss a day, in fact at New Year I added two for New Years eve.

Although a trial at times I can recommend this idea to anyone with a camera. Over the period of time one cannot fail to learn to use the camera, but skills improve all round not least the ability to spot a possible picture quickly and easily.

Four years have passed since I finished this and am now considering repeating the project perhaps with some restrictions (set to my own satisfaction of course)
